Issue:No display

Solution:1.Check whether the USB cable is connected (USB-B connects to the KVM switch, USB-A connects to the PC host ). 2.Check whether the monitor is connected to the KVM switch. 3.Check whether the monitor and the PC host are in the power-on state, and the monitor is directly connected to the PC host. 4.4. Swap the signal cables of port 1 and port 2 to see if they can display normally.

Issue:No mouse and keyboard

Solution:1.Check whether the USB cable and the DVI signal cable are connected to the same PC host. 2.Unplug all the USB cables of port 1 and port 2 respectively and reconnect them one by one. 3.If you are using a mechanical keyboard or mouse or a mouse with macros, please use the front USB port to connect.

Issue:No audio microphone
